If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 30 days and we will refund you up to $30, the price of our variety pack. For orders above $30, more information will be needed for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To get your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of your complaint. If you ordered more than $30 worth of candy on your first order and require a full refund, please provide a detailed explanation of your situation and we will review on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to not grant full refunds on orders over $30 if we feel that the policy is being abused.
